A number of restaurants and delicatessens across Tuscany and Umbria stock our Italian cheese and dairy products. We welcome enquiries from restaurants, wine bars, enoteca, and specialist food retailers who share our commitment to quality over volume.
Because our production is small, we are selective about our trade partners. We are most interested in working with businesses that present and explain our cheese with care — where the people behind the counter know where it comes from and can tell that story to customers.
